2. The won't win in Ramadi

In a report I saw on TV last night...CNN, I think, the commander told a reporter they can't win because they don't have enough troops.

A soldier called Ramadi a 'meat grinder'.

3. It looks like the losses have been getting heavier.

This has an uncomfortable similarity to another time. But this is invisible, but the non-soldiering folks in charge will never retreat, they're not scared! They're real brave men, not like those faint hearted generals!

Oh, they're going to need to borrow your child. Don't worry, the Army will make a fine citizen of them and they will send you a real nice 8x10 color glossy portrait, suitable for framing, of them decked out in their fine new Class A uniform looking all serious, it's the same picture that would appear in the newspaper. Just in case, you know.

I am getting very, very uneasy. As I said I have seen/participated in this before.
