Remember that Congress was complicit

The Constitution was set up so that one man couldn't usurp power. For Bush to abuse power as much as he has, it takes the approval on the House and Senate, which they have given. Even the "opposition party" enables Bush to deny us our rights. Make me me wonder how different it will be when Democrats control Congress, if the same people are still three.

1. How about 100% of Republicans and 15% of Democrats are complicit.

Just so we don't put too broad a brush on our angst. Yes, we have some chickenshit Democrats that are voting like the Rubberstamp Party....but if they help form the majority in November, we can deal with the task at hand (stopping the Crime Syndicate) and then start going after the enablers that are exposed with this vote in the primaries that they are competing in. In fact, I think we should be putting these folks on a short list of Democrats needing replacement. (Rep. Michaud - D. ME....this one is personal)
