Did anyone else notice that the NIE from April said killing Zarqawi would hurt the insurgents/terrorists? Yeah, that turned out well didn't it?

NIEs are important documents, that should be used solely for imformational purpose. Get politics out of our intel agencies. Since they will be used against citizens this is very important, IMHO.
