12. That's what strikes me.
I wonder what the last 24 hours of Foley's life has been like. I can only imagine who was calling him or sitting him down for a little chat about the future. (Off the Internet, I mean.)

16. I'd be willing to bet that Hastert was sent a whole file on Foley ...
... and gave him no choice. The Speaker's Office would have oversight of the Page program and would be the logical addressee of the evidence of stalking - soliciting a minor.
