2. There's plenty of blame to go around...
...Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Karl Rove, Scooter Libby, Condoleezza Rice, William Kristol, Pat Robertson, Ralph Reed, Jerry Falwell, Sun Myung Moon, and Joe Lieberman all share the blame.

3. Nope, I will not depend on The REIGN of Dear Leader being over in 2008.
He has IMO a great capacity for evil. The 2008 presidential election seems like an eon from now. We may be destine for King George of AmeriKKKa.

I'll believe Dear Leader has left office when he physically leaves or has the handcuffs slapped on him and frog marched out. Until that point in time, HE RULES. :scared:

8. I have to agree.
I am not even convinced that these elections will occur. The Unitary Executive really has no need of the other two branches, exactly as the name implies. What better time to dissolve the annoying legislative branch than when they are on pre-election sabbatical? Nah, even the worst of the USSR had their figurehead Politburo.

After Gonzales comments to the Federal Judiciary today, I can all too easily see the headline; "Unitary executive consolidates power after warning Judicial branch to keep their mouths shut..."

4. Nah
We will blame the primary actor first, but acknowledge that bush created the climate for his or her act when that is true... which will be often in the coming years.

Nobody will pay attention to what we say in any case.

12. What defeatism?
Are you debating that they control the media?

13. Oh, no, I didn't mean that
I meant that we must never give up shouting in the lesser known media forums. No doubt MSM has sold the soul of journalism.

5. Bush's legacy of evil will be with us a long time
He will not be able to defend it.

I've printed everything so it will not be vaporized (and so have many, many other people).

Personally, he will replace Reagan in my daily expression of frustration with everything that's ever wrong with the country until I die.

11. I blame everyone
But that's just the way I think. Afterall, it's supposed to be OUR country. I certainly blamed the German people for Hitler, so I'm certainly not one to quibble when I see how easy we surrendered to petty fascists. AND SHIT on a cracker-it's all there for everyone to see-the Project for the New American century, the four thousand lies about 9/11, Iraq..the elections...who should we blame..just the guys that want the power or those that let them?
