Good news from one soldier

Had a soldier in my cab tonight and we got to talking about the war and Bush and the like. Don't know how we got onto it but he made a comment that we only had two years left of his Commander in Chief, who I got the sense he wasn't a huge fan of. I explained some of the fears that he would suspend elections if there were a terror attack. He said if Bush tried to stay any longer than 2008 there would definitely be a revolt and he said he doubted he or any soldier would stand in its way. Your army isn't a big fan GW, you and Rummy really should leave now.

1. Problem is, Bush has done way too good a job of throwing

down the gauntlet. He's put out a "damn the torpedos, full speed ahead" line of bs to such a blatant degree that there is no backing off, that I can see.

If he kowtows to the peacesiks, the naysayers, and the other opposition to his little attempt at dictatorship and fascism, he loses-all up and down the line.
