12. Uh...actually this is standard procedure

when a Congressman resigns his webage is going to go because he is no longer in office. A webpage for "Florida Xth District" will go up run by the House Clerk's office which will handle constituent issues until his replacement is elected.

Same thing with Menendez in NJ which has been a vacant seat since January.
