"disgraced" is the perfect word to attach to the republican party.

not only is it accurate, but it's negative in a way that lets actual republicans pry themselves from its evil grip.
it's not just an insult (like my fav "banana republican" party) that actual republicans hear only as an attack on themselves and their party.

no, calling it the "disgraced" republican party lets them feel like they've done nothing wrong to have been republicans -- it's the bozos in charge that have brought disgrace to a once-legitimate party. that is something that actual republicans can hear.

moreover, "disgraced" is in that group of ever-so-vaguely-religious words that republican propagandists have used to manipulate otherwise decent, often apolitical, religious people. you know, swing voters.

let's use it against them. shrub and his cronies of sick, evil dictatorial bastards have brought shame and DISGRACE to america and to the republican party. let us wake america up. let us show him for what he is.

4. Gotta Love The Spin...Foley "Stepped Up"

Watching Washington Journal and sure enough, there are the freepers jumping up and down claiming somehow Foley was set up and that someone Democrats made him into a pedophile. The predictable shot...it's always the Clennis. Somehow Foley's a "moral" person cause he stepped down (no mention that he did so cause ABC was about to release those real damning IMs and that party leadership knew about this for months) while Clinton's penis was far more a greater threat. It caused 9/11 ya know.

Incredible.
