Could Congressmen Alexander & Hastert be charged with endangering a minor?

It seems that losing their positions should be the least of their worries. That they knew about this and kept it to themselves for so long, plus still lettle him work with kids, would seem to constitute a very serious crime.

may have only been given the innocent emails and when confronting foley he said that was it and was innocent. i dont know, or hasnt been cleared if it made it to hastert or his assitant.

2. I think they could be sued. They had children "entrusted" to them

and didn't provide the proper oversight even when they knew there was a "predator." I think they will most likely though just be in a lot of trouble job-wise.
