Boehner won his seat from Buz Lukens. Who is Buz Lukens ? A Republican Congressman who admitted to having sex with a 16 year old girl (by some accounts he started on her at the age of 13) by paying her $40 and refused to resign from his seat. Even as a lame duck he fondled a woman on an elevator in the Capitol Building !
