It was the ATTORNEY GENERAL of the United States that spent thousands of tax dollars to cloak the statues of the female "Spirit of Justice", and the male "Majesty of Law".

Sexual repression at its finest.

Of him talking in front of it. The photo's angle looked up at him (photographer was on the ground or squatting), and the statue was behind Ashocroft's right shoulder, and Ashcroft was making a gesture with both hands - the backs of his hands were facing the viewer, and they were both more or less cupped at chest level as if he were saying, "I like boobies out to here."

Great shot. Photographer probably got sent to Gitmo.
