it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish a criminal govt.
We hold these truths to be self-evident... that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

1. Does it matter if we have that right or not?
If a government is criminal, it's not about to honor that right anyway.

I believe it's an 'inherent' right, but not a 'legal' right. But as I said, the legality of it is irrelevent at that point.

and cut the CANCEROUS CRIMINALS off from power.

and Haliburton has camps set up to throw us into without any warrents or probable cause,

all I can say us they are waiting for us,guns ready. The crimal cabal ruing our country and this worlds will not give up power willingly or "lawfully".

We will I fear have to stop them with the force of our bodies and our unwillingness to go along with thier threats,demands, ,guns and torture.We only have our resistance,our ability to say NO I will not stop hating this authoritarian reginme and I will not obey any demands from fascists no matter what they threaten to do to me,my family or whatever. Resistance and doing whatever it takes to protect yourself and the people around you is the only option now for the government has broken down .Resistance to "authority"is all we have and when that becomes impossible,at least for me,becaiuse of the torment these bullies do to break a person to make them a loyal subject,I will kill myself rather than go along with such an obscene atrocity,such insane inhumanity and this national moral sickness.I will die before I play make belive to please a tyrants ego and bow my knee to any"ruler"...

listen to the cries throughout this nation. We know what they are saying. The media covers up the facts, but the truth still gets through to all of us... When it involves the sleepers, they will become involved, the more we have, the more we can establish change in this country...

where is he or she? where is that person who can lead us out of the wilderness? where is that group of people who would lead this nation in these dark times? they don't exist.

6. A leader?
A leader out of this mess Must have nothing to lose, lest he will be COMPRIMISED.

Any leader who could drag us out of this mess must be willing to admit his or her humanity is FLAWED. Admit any shortcomings,shady past,sexual stuff, and whatnot , not pander to a "selling"image.To have the courage to face the scandals, slings and arrows aimed twords every vunerability,every mistake made , every personality quirk,any problems,health,mental,financial,sexual,ethical,ect. he/she has or had in thier life, all without being shamed by thier own past,own idenity,own mistakes,own lifestyle or a truly liberal and unbending agenda or anything else.This "leader" must be humble and also able to attack back very viciously and tear apart rhetoric so even simple minded fools get the point. This leader must be colorful,entertaining and quick to undermine talking points and have no shame talking OVER the rabid republican chatter,be able to intterrupta talk show host, ,yell ,inspire,and be unbribeable and NOT ever LIE or Embellish to sway public appearances or PANDER. They must be too honest for any scandal to gain momentum,too clear and simple to be dissuaded, ready to speak for themself about any embarassing truth before the republicans dig it up and wave it in thier face as a tool of shame.ABSOLUTE Transparency about thier own life agenda and experinces and no shame about it. Most people I see who DESIRE to be leaders are not mentallty strong enough,good enough at debates,or agressive enough to scream back at a media attack dog with decorum in outrage ..I fear thier egos are too defended to endure this role without cracking up or comprimising.
Maybe this is why no leader has stepped up.

7. I believe our state governors or other authorities,
who are in government, such as judges perhaps, can convene a Constitutional Congress and draw up a new document. They can base it on the original old Constitution and improve on it, like putting in an article for human rights, such as most industrialized, democratic countries have in their constitutions.

When they come up with something that is workable, they can put it up for a vote from we, the people. This is where we need the states, to run elections. The feds have nothing to say about it.

It will also be necessary to get the military in each state on board because this is where the feds get their real power. Without it they are nothing. If the people pass this new document, then a new government can be phased in.

Saying that ammendments to our present Constitution would be all we need is naive. Since ammendments must pass Congress and the President, one can see how futile that would be with the criminals, who are holding our government hostage and changing it from within to something we don't recognize.

Instead, I do believe that, we the people, have the right to install the government we want into office if the old one fails them. It's time politicians realized that they are the servants of the people not the other way around.
