7. BINGO - Depends on how we define 'moral'

Our society/culture puts more value on wealth than deeds therefore, those with the most are valued more. To justify this ridiculous value system, society/culture plays the God Card: If God loves you more, you get more. If you have little, it is because God decided you are to be punished. That allows society to villainize the poor and sets the stage for continued abuse/victimization of the poor.

Man created God to justify man's own values. God changes as man's needs to validate behavior changes. There are times when human being actually hang their good behavior on God's will. Such times are few and far between in human history.

The systems assures that poor will remain poor, allowing for the continuing delusion that rich = good/moral. The poor are the American Untouchables.

Actually, rich just = powerful. What the rich do with that power is up to them. Sadly, too many seem to only use it to garner more riches.

and we can trust them to be holy and righteous, just as the accursed poor can be trusted to be criminals, every last one of them.

The rich will undoubtedly put their money to good use creating heaven on earth just as soon as they've managed to get it all.

It's obscene how these churches (or cults, really) roll around in their wealth, as if they've been chosen by god to be rich. Of course they're all going to heaven too! :eyes:
