Do you think that bush has ever written his own speech...
Edited on Fri Oct-13-06 10:18 AM by butterfly77
and do you notice everytime he is suppose to be saying something from the heart, he has to read it. When he came out to endorse Hastert he had to read how he felt about him. If you look at a number of his appearances he always has to read, I do not remember this with any other president. Although bush is not the president, maybe that is the reason ...

9. Jon Stewart refers to those "endorsements" as Bu$h's book reports.
on a junior high level. :-)

A few years ago he needed help with the words and hand gestures to "Itsy Bitsy Spider", so my vote would be no he doesn't write his speeches, just draws obscene doodles in the margins.

10. NO! Actually, few Presidents ever do. I can only remember 2
in recent years..Kennedy & Clinton, and even they had writers, but they were so personally critical, they always revoewed what the speechwriters wrote, and often completely changedit to their own liking.

With Shrub, we all se e how bad he does when speaking off the cuff. I can just imagin what very short dumb statements might be on that paper!

25. Actually, Jimmy Carter did much of his own work....
and some rhetorical scholars suggest the fact that he wasn't very good at it led to his demise.

This would be asked somehow in a press conference " Mr.clinton are those your own feelings about----or did someone write them for you" Or something to that effect.

uses manatees to push "idea balls" into combinations. Of course, all his idea balls are "9/11," "terra," "freedom," etc.
