Book mentioned on Hartmann - Magnificent Dunderheads

I'm trying to locate a book that I heard Thom Hartman mention on his radio show once. It was published in the mid to late 40s, and contains actual speeches from Congressional Republicans - on the floor of either the House or Senate - where they advocated alliance with Hitler & Mussolini, appeasement, doing business with them, etc. The book was called "Magnificent Dunderheads" - it is not on amazon.com, and I even googled it and came up blank. I know he said it was out of print, but it was written by a famous author of the times.

Anybody know how I can get ahold of it? Might be a good one to have reprinted, too.
