No power there, very little backup power, no functioning water or bathrooms.

all the toilets at the airport require electricity to work!! The toilets are plugged and over-flowing.
This is a health nightmare. Who would design a system like that?
Back-up generators can't handle the electrical load to run the airport.
Emergency planners are likely to be grilled over this one.
