None of them were implosions rather, and this is probably what confuses Limpballs, they are full of educational and informative posts exposing how this is a non-issue. Limpballs doesn't understand that there are cultures that have different customs than us and that Webb, for authenticity (yet another confusing concept for Rush), researched the culture he was writing about and included some of those customs and traditions in the book.
