THIS GUY GETS PROSECUTED - GOT IT, MY FELLOW AMERICANS
Bush on Thursday submitted the nomination of John Bolton as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and said he would like to move forward on legislation to authorize the National Security Agency's domestic surveillance program.

http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/11/09/bolton.congress/index.html

All the mealy mouthed, oh shucks, we've got other things to do, elephant shit, I've been reading here in the past 24 hours just got a dose of the deadly stench of Bu$h's arrogance - Bolton and trounce the Bill of Rights yet another time.

Got it.

If you think this guy is going to respond to anything other than being locked in chains and taken before a tribunal and PROSECUTED, you need help.

IT IS TRIBUNAL TIME IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, NOW.

Never, Ever Forget: George W. Bush willfully violated National Security to cover-up his willful launch of a war of aggression and illegal occupation of Iraq .... and, now he willfully provided nuke-making instructions to terrorists -- if you doubt it, just check 'the google' ....

3. What mattes is what we progressive, compassionate Americans do.
And, what we do is indict and prosecute this guy and everyone of his numerous multi-count co-criminals - every one of them including their big $$ enablers like Scaife and Kovner.

2. Wow, what a perfectly Republican tone.
Soon you'll be droning on about how we're either with you or against you.

Fortunately for sane people everywhere, it's HER call and not yours.

7. Got that one incorrectly. It's not about me. It's about the Bill of Rights, ...
... the Constitution, the Geneva Conventions, the Nuremberg Charter, and a bunch of other non-trivial parameters of law.

Nice try.

25. I was just wondering...
...being kind of new here, and all, could you post a link to a video of Nancy Pelosi's coronation? Maybe I'm insane, but I could swear that she was supposed to carry out the will of the people, as well as follow the time-honored procedures outlined in our Constitution regarding removing a rogue executive (whether it is politically convenient, or not) -- not become a unitary policymaker before her derriere even lands on the throne.

Corrupting power loves *both* sides of the aisle!

5. Pretty ballsy; the media whores claimed Bolton was an 'olive branch'
and that befuddled me. How so? And pass the NSA surveillance program? It makes me wonder what's being done behind our backs if this is what they're proffering in public.

8. "We the People ..." know we must be constantly vigilant and totally ...
... prepared to hold anyone, whom we are providing a salary from our tax dollars, accountable.

"We the People ..." are not 'asleep at the wheel' and the sooner our employees (aka members of the Executive, Congressional and Judicial Branches of OUR Government) are made to understand that that's the DEAL in the Republic of the USA, the better for all of us and humanity.

Thank you for your sharing your insights.

17. John Bolton is like an olive branch with a crudely-sculpted point....
...being forced into an ill-fitting orifice
by a large man wearing a black hood.

A man who will not stop PUSHING until the owner of the
orifice tells him EXACTLY what he wants to hear.

Or until someone MAKES him stop.

will not vote for Bolton ...

ok i just found the article...here>>>>

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/steve-clemons/lincoln-chafee-opposing-j_b_33743.html

LINCOLN CHAFEE OPPOSING JOHN BOLTON UN CONFIRMATION

Word has just reached me from a well-placed source that the White House has continued to push John Bolton's confirmation prospects as US Ambassador to the United Nations despite the election outcome.

Another highly placed source has informed me that in just a few minutes Senator Lincoln Chafee is calling a press conference to state categorically that he will not support John Bolton's confirmation in the upcoming lame duck session.

The Bolton confirmation will be officially dead in a few minutes.

can he get through without Chaffee???

12. He's again misreading the mood of the country.
Domestic spying is a big deal. Who doubts that he hasn't used this for one primary purpose - opposition research. These guys just about invented the concept of political blackmail. Neutralizing the opposition, in their Party as well as in our Party is what this is all about. Frankly, I think the only bill he gets will be one to rescind the powers bestowed to him in the Military Commissions Act. If he veto's it, we got other cards to play now.

19. You got it
Every single search on Google, every single video on YouTube, is cross-referenced in a database with YOUR name on it. This will not go away even after this admin is gone, unless we understand that corporate America thinks they are your daddy.

Take a look at what these assholes propagate. All the obfuscation and intentional alienation serves to divide and conquer. Divided we stand, because they have campaigned to break our trust. We are in limbo... or so they conceptualize.

Our only, and I truly mean ONLY, deliverance from the hell created by voter apathy, and their preying upon human nature, is to not be a statistically, predictable, entity. So think radically, act rationally, and let's surprise 'our gov't' with a duplicitous personality. One that actually benefits the people that hold democracy sacred.

15. Ok by me.
Hell, I've been saying for years we should put a guillotine in the rose garden and invite the media to come watch. I mean, what kind of message do we want to send the oligarchs -- or who ever it is that put this fop in the White House and kept him there into a second term. I honestly don't think it was the will of most of 'the people'. Ah, but who are we any more, anyway -- we, 'the people'? Are we but mere consumers, extras, not even two bit players in the unfolding drama of history -- or do we establish for ourselves a different view of who we are, what we are and what our actual relation to those who would rule us is?

18. absolutely agree
This man is in a war against his own people. We are the enemy.

However, the Bush years have only been the capstone of thirty years of lying, hidden treason, theft, deception and every other one of the Reptilican tools of their trade. It's not going to be cured overnight, but impeachment is definitely the best beginning to that healing.

Bushgang must be held accountable. Too much blood, too much theft. Start however it works best, investigate, whatever, but jack 'em up before the bar. Olive branches are a waste of good greenery on a gang of criminals that would just as soon still bury us under their own greed and violence. There are lawful ways. Its time to use them. Now.
