Almost forgotten! This election proves democracy works.

We proved it to the world. It takes time, but ultimately, if given enough uncensored facts to get to the truth, the freedom to speak and organize and the opportunity to cast secret votes, ordinary people will choose leadership that is responsible, courageous and just. Demagoguery eventually fails. The truth eventually transcends the lies.

Our democracy worked. This election was the greatest tribute and testimony to democracy that I have seen in my lifetime. Thank you, America. This is how we can free the whole world -- by setting an example of democratic government.

Congratulations, America. Thank you, Montesquieu, Thomas Paine, John Adams, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, and all the heroes of democracy.


Now we have to finish the job. We have to restore the Constitution and enforce the rule of law against those who have violated our American principles and stolen from the people. We have shown that democracy works. Now we have to show that democracy means justice.

maybe enough people got wise enough and mad enough in time to turn it around.
