Call to Arms: How can we dismantle the NRCC ROBO call machine?

It was widely reported that the NRCC targeted 20 districts nationwide with very harassing and misleading ROBO calls. In at least 7 of those districts, there is strong evidence to suggest that this strong arm tactic may have resulted in Democratic challengers losing (all by very close margins). Tammy Duckworth, from Illinois Dist. 6, is a prime example of a very deserving candidate that got blindsided by this GOP slime tactic. At worst, these calls mislead the person answering into believing it's from the Dem candidate, then that damn ROBO is redialed to bug the hell out of folks to such degrees that they vote GOP out of misdirected anger.

Remember the nasty Orc armies in the Lord of the Rings flicks; they remind me of the rethugs who are already gathering on the horizon for 2008. They will return in mass and next time may target 10 times as many districts with this ROBO call B.S.

What can we do to counter attack the rethug ROBO call army? It may be 2 years away, but we better have a plan in place because I hear the clanking of rethug Orc ROBO's on the horizon.
