Just heard.....that Russian spy just died
Heard on NBC Nightly News. Is USSR getting evil again? I remember being a little girl and so afraid the Russians would get us....Communists behind every bush (no pun), and all that.

Damn, are yall as over-stuffed as I am? It's a shame when there is hunger in the world. I feel guilty.

1. Now it's "terra-ists" ahind every Bush...
Can't keep that ol' Military Industrial Complex going without a Boogeyman...

Yes, it's a shame there is so much hunger. Man does a sorry job as his brother's keeper. Still, who knows, our turn may come yet.

2. Its not really called the USSR anymore...
and they are only "evil" in so much as they are the main stumbling block to total world domination on the part of Uncle Sam and his spineless little sidekick.

Still, back to the turkey...

4. Putin is probably walking around with a big smile now.
And, haven't you heard? According to the bush administraton, there is no more "hunger." It's called "food insecurity" now. :eyes:

Don't feel guilty. You didn't create the system which causes hunger in the world, and I think you're probably the kind of person who will do what you can, when you can, to help others.

8. I think Bush did create a system for world hunger when
he signed the Global Gag Order cutting US funding to International Planned Parenthood.

That was his first official act in office. It not only cut off abortion information but info on contraceptives and condoms. How many 3rd world children have died of starvation because of that Order

Also, how many new HIV/AIDS victims are there in the world because of the lack of info on safe sex and condoms.

10. If you come to close to the truth you die
Poison in the air

When a sinister illness hit schoolchildren and their teachers in war-torn Chechnya in December, doctors were convinced it was a case of poisoning. Then the government came up with its own diagnosis - mass hysteria. Is there an official cover-up going on? Anna Politkovskaya reports

12. It's as dark as the country on a new moon over there
and we know it.
I'm sure the Beslan massacre was perpetrated by insiders. I'm sure many horrible things are happening that only our intel knows about.

The "evil empire" is quite scary, but if you look into Putin's soul, like our dear leader has, you can ignore anything.

13. Putin is KGB/FSB and Poppy is CIA
A fellow spy isn't going to blow the whistle.

We also know about the experiments in the US (Mk-Ultra,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_ARTICHOKE http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_BLUEBIRD and a lot of files have been destroyed.

The atomic soldiers, untested vaccines, use of Depleted Uranium etc.

Simply no regard for human life ....

The US has been encircling the old Soviet empire pretty good. Orange Revolution, invading Afghanistan (bases in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan(maybe removed by now)) and now looking at Iran

15. The Orange Revolution put Viktor Yushchenko in power.
He doesn't seem like a right-winger or a U.S. puppet.

16. Who financed the orange revolution?

Russia is the latest front in what the more perfervid neocons call "World War IV," and Ukraine is the first battlefield, but not likely to be the last. John Laughland put it well:

"Chechnya borders Georgia, and Georgia, like Azerbaijan, is on the fast track to join NATO. There are already hundreds of US troops in Georgia, training the local forces. They are there for two reasons: first, to protect the US-built Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline; secondly – and this follows from the first – to assist Georgia in recuperating her two secessionist territories, South Ossetia and Abkhazia. It will not do to have Russia anywhere close to the pipeline, and she has troops in both these areas. Pushing Russia comprehensively out of the Caucasus, and humiliating her, requires victory for the Chechens. An independent Chechnya may also be the prelude to the longer-term break-up of Russia herself: the CIA predicted that oil-rich Siberia might escape Moscow's control in its report, Global Trends 2015, published in April."

14. What?
Shit!

I don't think Putin's a Communist. But I don't think I'd call him a right-wing dictator, either. Just a nutcase with a police state.
