I would need a formal deal where Dubya/CHeney resign, or agree to the whole progressive platform would go unopposed by any branch of teh republican party for me to even begin to think of possibly taking it off the table.

The act is so damaging to the reputation of America in the eyes of other democracies that a real fundamental change in the American paradigm toward it's people, rather than its billionares would even start to be better than the damage.
