According to a NYT reporter on CNN the body was in the back of a pickup at Maliki's office and he was planning to bury him in an unmarked secret location.

You invade a country illegally, capture its president, incarcerate him for three years without access to a radio, TV, book, etc, hand him over for execution and then expect the Sunnis to be grateful that yuo sent a blackhawk so he could be buried with this tribe. Don't forget Bushco is also responsible for the death of 655,000 Iraqis.
