"Dear Sir,

My name is Spc Nick Pasquale from Fairmont W.V, I am in need of some intervention with the Army. I get out of the army in Feb 2007 and can get out in about a month with my Med Board from a broken back from an IED attack while in Iraq and PTSD. My company is trying to chapter me for patterns of misconduct, witch is related to the bad treatment from my company. I have made complaints of retaliation and harassment against myself for working undercover for CID. I put two people in jail and five kicked out for drug use and selling. I have been working on a case against a gang called Gangster Disciples and a murder case.. I just testified against them last week, but now I have done this I am getting no help from CID for my work and the trouble it has caused me. My company is working very fast to chapter me and take my disability from me. I have alot of statements from my NCOs and soldiers conforming what I say to be true. I have not been given adequate help for my drinking problem relating to my PTSD. I have been awarded a good conduct medal but I have not been given a purple heart for my injury's or an combat action badge for my tour of duty from Iraq. My chain of command does nothing in my favor and just wants to get rid of me for going against my baddle buddies, I have been labeled a snich and was told I will not get any special treatment for the good work I did for CID, I do not want to loose my disability and need some help with this matter and my time is running out. I asked for help with my drinking problem and was told I can deal with it when I get chaptered out.. I would thank you very much with what ever help you can give.. As I stated I can be out in about a month when my med board packet get back but they want to chapter me first and I will loose all chances at getting what is owed me.

I've been wondering if we've been inducting gang members and perfecting their skills at killing. It looks like we might be.

2. I remember coming back to the barracks in 2000 after a night of heavy partying

and seeing dozens of MP vehicles gathered around our batallion barracks area. We were nervous as hell because we were all trashed and therefor opted to drive around for a while and come back when the commotion had settled down. Later on the next day, we learned there had been a murder. The murdered soldier's barracks "stack" was covered in gang grafitti and it was classified as a gang murder on Army property. I think he may have been a CID snitch too. Drugs, gangs, and crime is rampant in the Army.

6. It sound slike he has pissed off his Chain of Command and his NCO support channel.

He's pretty well fucked without congressioinal intervention. I have to wonder what he was doing working with criminal investigatioin division (CID). I suspect he was busted for drug use/trafficking himself and cut a deal with the criminal investigatioin division to avoid a court martial trial. His commanding officer is probably trying to fuck him despite the deal cut with CID. I have seen this happen before. The sodlier I knew was fucked with so hard by his company commander that he ultimately just deserted after he fullfilled his obligations to the CID.

10. This seems to be what the military is doing now to eliminate

the costs of disability.

And I hate to tell these idiots, but even if they were making a genuine mistake (which they're not - this is a deliberate policy to eliminate disability claims) PTSD is often diagnosed as personality disorder by the less experienced because of the symptoms.

They pulled the same crap in Viet Nam. It's all about $$$.
