Reagan's funeral wasn't declared a holiday, was it?

Reagan's funeral wasn't declared a holiday, was it?
I don't remember it being. Why would the Bush admin declare Ford's funeral day a holiday and not Reagan's? Just strikes me as weird.

Or am I misremembering.

12. Yes it was
I was in London for the first time at a conference. I was scheduled to take leave on the Friday after the conference. I didn't have to take leave that Friday because it was declared a holiday. That's the one good thing that I can say about Ray-gun - that he died while I was in London! :D
