Did anyone else see the "IMPEACH" sign a the Rose Parade yesterday?

I watched Los Angeles station KTLA's coverage of the Rose Parade because they do it commercial-free all the way through. There was one quick shot of the crowd on the other side. Some people were holding up poles, and between the poles there was a string of signs, with one letter on each sign: I M P E A C H. It was on the screen for only about 2 seconds max. I don't know if any other stations caught that, or what happened to those people. They were in the middle of a crowd. Did anyone else catch that?
