Bush is doing his absolute best to ruin the GOP....he don't listen for SHIT
Not to dire warnings(9/11), not to clear and present danger(Katrina), not to the bi partisan counsel re Iraq, not to his advisors, not to GOD, Not to anyone but himself.

The GOP already staggering under Bushies mishaps and mis adventures...are flummoxed as what the hell to do...

But they reap what they sow...the GOP had supported this dude not once but twice....so they share this crap we call the Iraqi War and all the other stuffs Bush is guilty of....namely...ignoring dire consequeces of Global Warming, etc.

Bush is Best in Destroying things...the Hallmark of a malignant Bully...an Abuser, a Narcissant asshole

Come, we go drink

2. I'll drink to that!
If he had the interest of the party in mind he would force Cheney out and appoint a replacement that could run for the presidency in '08. If he pulled a Clinton and let the VP take a visable role as advisor it might save the party.

Personally I'm glad things are as they are . . .

10. Hell, put it on the table themselves.
That's what finally made Tricky Dick throw in the towel - Barry Goldwater and some other party elders marching up Penn Ave to WH and telling him to leave or they join the Dems.

21. Most likely.
The more he's pushed, the more he'll lock up. This is the first time in his life he couldn't run or have Poppy fix the problem. He doesn't know what else to do except mulishly keep going.

These next two years are going to be hair raising.

27. Today, I read that Bush wants general casey out of Iraq ASAP!!!
Casey is is asking for specific operations for adding more troops, what's the goal, what's the objective? Bush then resonds by ordering general casey to be re-assigned elsewhere!

So much for listening to the general's on the ground...

then he's taking his party and the rest of us to hell in the basket.

He's so out of control and some in his party like that crazy Patrick McHenry and the other RW'ers thinking they will replace Tom DeLay by "holding Dems feet to fire" over "Minority Rights."

6. The test of whether they want to be traditional GOP or neo-GOP
will be the Hagels, Specters, and Warners in the party and how they choose to make a stand. There are several that have made statements, but the comments quickly lose the spotlight and are forgotten. It's going to be an interesting 2007.

PS - I might have included Duncan Hunter in the group until his sickening comments just before Christmas that "anything official should be sworn on the Bible." He should be announcing that he's running for Pres. by the end of the month (or at least one of those 'extortionary committees') that he's running for Pres, btw.

George doesn't care what anyone tells him. He said he was going to stick it out and he is going to no matter how many of our kids have to die. An Elephant is faithful 100%

George is seemingly incapable of learning from new information. He is afraid that if he changes course he will be seen as a flipflopper. And thats a taboo amongst the people he used to get into office with.

They sound just like little tiny babies. drier just can't dry up. The GOPers mass whining and congressional pity parties are going to raise the oceans faster than the global warming. I've tried to think of a way to stop the flood:

28. That's the one thing Bush is good at - destroying everything else.
Well, we've lost the WTC, four airliners, the entire countries of Iraq and Afghanistan, all of our allies, 3,000 soldiers and over 30,000 Iraqi civilians (by his estimate), not to mention the city of New Orleans. And to think this all could have been avoided had he actually READ THE FUCKING MEMO.

If all this had happened on anyone else's watch, they would have been thrown out on their ass by now.

The republiks went to a lot of trouble to build this atrocity and give it life, then they let it run amok, until it backfired, and came back to destroy them, to discover that it can't be killed. The moral of the story was 'tough shit'.
