Q: Resources? for writing LTTE etc. re Escalation/"Surge" Mission?
I know it's really an Escalation, but what I want to write about is "Surge" for what purpose? What is the mission? Is it possible to succeed? etc.

I can't think of what the mission/purpose would be. Thanks in advance to someone who can tell me please, what (preferably Military) subject matter experts have written something useful on "possible" missions?
