The Brady Campaign says candidates that they endorsed won in 2006 because of gun control, which they have yet to prove.

The NRA says that they're facing the most anti-gun Congress in recent memory, which they have yet to prove.

Meanwhile, the Democrats in the middle are torn between trying to spin gun control as a non-issue in 2006 and dealing with those pro-gun Democrats who just got elected to Congress.

It's a sticky wicket, I tell ya...
