5. Did she HAVE to answer that question from the Florida member

about whether the Secretary of State had certified the win of the contested seat in the 13(?) district? The statement P. read before that member's question said that seating the member did not reflect one way or the other on the contest of the Florida vote in the courts, so answering the question re the Sec. of State would seem to negate her previous introduction of the issue to the floor re the contest of this vote in that Florida district to the extent that affirming whatever the Sec. of State has done supports one side in the question.
