vote 'yeas' and 'nays' on every single thing.

C-SPAN says is a motion agreeing to the resolution.

Dems are all voting Yea so is this the Rules package?

7. The sad part is the people calling in on CSPAN were goofy. Heard a couple
good callers, but most seem to not have a clue about what is going on. It is pretty obvious that the republicans are trying to slow down all the votes so the 100 hour promise is broken. Some guy was upset about the attempt at a "secret" vote. They are trying to save time is all. Wonder if all the secret votes when the repugs were running things bothered him. I bet not.
