There's an amazing woman in California who conducts annual retreats for adolescent girls with sever facial disfigurement. She was a burn victim at 9 and has put his program together on a wing and a prayer.

She's ready to expand and add an East Coast retreat. She needs volunteers but first requires a location and some sponsorship. If anybody can help make a connection here on behalf of these girls, please do it!

I have so little to offer this woman -- I've coached some Miss Illinois contestants in walking and interviews, did a pinch of runway modeling a trillion years ago for a few starving designer friends, and know that how you walk into a room tells everyone exactly how to treat you...and that's all I can volunteer right now, if she'll use me.

If I had a million dollars I'd give it to this cause.
