1. I had to opportunity to watch it this evening.
Quite an eyeopener. I was watching one of the days Mr Spurlock was still on his McDonald's diet. He was talking about having McGas and assorted McFeelings. One of them that I could see that Mr Spurlock looked as if he were going to McThrow-up. Sure enough, he did. There were times during the documentary that I thought I would throw up. I couldn't believe it when the largest drink from 7-11 was as large as a 64 oz bottle of soda. I can't imagine drinking that much in one sitting. Filling that cup with water equals the recommended intake of water. Of course, water is better for you, but I don't see the American public filling up a 64 oz cup with water. Whenever I go to a fast food establishment, I can't order the Supersize or whatever the largest meal is. It's too much food for me.

2. This movie and the book "Fast Food Nation" are real eye-openers
It's crazy how detached we are from the reality of what we eat.
