E Voting tester temporarily barred. Money grabbers!
"A laboratory that has tested most of the nation's electronic voting systems has been temporarily barred from approving new machines after federal officials found that it was not following its quality-control procedures and could not document that it was conducting all the required tests" according to the New York Times and the EAC forgot to mention it. Ciber Inc., apparently up until last summer, was one of three Independent Test Authority (ITA) labs that were allowed to hire themselves out to voting machine manufacturers for inspection and testing and ultimate certification of those voting machines. Ciber, along with SysTest and Wyle, held a very lucrative position in what has become the boondoggle of certifying of voting systems. They get test procedures written by the vendors and a hefty check from those same vendors and, apparently in Ciber's case, they don't do the paperwork or testing required and pass the voting systems on to the voters.

1. Yeah, that caught my eye, too--and failed the democracy nose test that I
apply to all things these days. The corrupt Bushite "Election Assistance Commission" SHUT DOWN of the main secret industry voting machine "testing" lab LAST SUMMER--before one of the most important Congressional elections in our history--and DIDN'T TELL ANYBODY--and only revealed it NOW "in recent interviews" (NYT article). And how many Democratic "losses" did we suffer as a result of this--besides FL-13, where EIGHTEEN THOUSAND Democratic votes were 'disappeared' in an election decided by 300 votes? What of the other, closer, less dramatic election thefts? How do we know? All is secrecy. All is obscure. Everything is corporate "trade secrets." And the EAC *DOESN'T BOTHER* to tell us that one that one of their main secret "testing" facilities failed even their lame-ass "quality controls" prior to the election.

My friends, we have been had. If you are wondering why "impeachment is off the table," or why the Iraq War seems to be "off the table" except at the White House--despite SEVENTY PERCENT of the American people wanting the war ended--this is why. Congress is not nearly as representative of the American people as it should be, and as it would be, if we did not have Bushite corporations "counting" all the votes with TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY programming code--code so secret that not even our secretaries of state are permitted to review it--in an election INDUSTRY that the EAC is covering up for.

IT STINKS. IT STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN. IT STINKS LIKE A THOUSAND SKUNKS. IT STINKS OF BUSH AND BUSHISM. IT STINKS OF $3.9 BILLION IN BOONDOGGLE FUNDING. IT STINKS OF TOM DELAY AND BOB NEY AND CHRISTOPHER DODD. IT STINKS OF ALL THE CORPSES IN IRAQ. IT STINKS OF THE FECES OF TORTURED PRISONERS. IT STINKS OF THIS FASCIST GOVERNMENT AND ITS FASCIST DICTATOR, WHO IS NOW LOOKING INTO YOUR MAIL, IN YET MORE DEFIANT AND OPEN VIOLATION OF THE LAW, WITHOUT A BREATH OF OBJECTION FROM ANY DEMOCRAT. IT STINKS OF TOADY, DIEBOLD-ELECTED DEMOCRATS. IT STINKS OF COLLUSION.

-----------

And I am tired to being politic about it, and giving Democrats the benefit of the doubt. I don't care if it's only their first day. Goddammit, the EAC found egregious violations of "quality control" at their electronic voting machine "testing" facility and TOLD NO ONE!

And THAT is why people are still dying in this unconscionable war, perpetrated by this little shit in the White House and his puppetmaster war profiteers!

You wonder why it's all gone wrong. THIS IS WHY. You wonder why the Democrats can't do anything about it. THIS IS WHY. Bushite corporations are "counting" all the votes with TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY programming code, protected by the Bushite-appointed EAC, and almost every one of the Democrats in the Anthrax Congress voted FOR it!

----------

Throw Diebold, ES&S and all election theft machines into 'Boston Harbor'! Abolish the EAC and the "Help America Vote For Bush Act"! And START OVER! NOW!

HAND. COUNTED. PAPER. BALLOTS. NOW!
