The "Democratic" strategist on MSNBC just said in response to Biden's

statement..."Oh, he is just running for President".
WTF???
Biden (whom I don't care for) lays it out clearly that this war is lost and the administration is just hanging on to hand it off to the next guy...and this "tool" says that Biden is just running for President and that is why he said that.
He blew a GOLDEN opportunity to talk about this.:banghead:
