1. Is there a good cheap system that you can carry around like a one of them iPod dojiggers?
2. Do you have to have it hooked up to a car?
3. Is it worth it?
4. Can DHS track you when you go to the restroom?

2. well, be aware that cspan on xm is the "radio" version and does not

exactly track with the cspan1 and cspan2 on tv.....although I think it is an amalgam of both of them.
