Idiocy!
To announce a 'surge' (excallation or whatever) instead of just doing it. Nothing like giving the opponent time to plan their response.

2. Really! I'm trying to figure out what they are really up to- what with
*co. repeatedly announcing that he will unvail his plans in a couple of days, and pushing it out "until next week" etc.

What is their STRATEGERY!!??
