1. Yes, illegals should collect Social Security benefits except...

the rich people who employed them and encourage illegal immigration to bust labor unions and depress wages for unskilled workers should be the ones to pay for their benefits, not fellow workers. A special section of Social Security should be established specifically to make all employers who knowingly hired illegal aliens pay.

Today I went to the company my daughter has worked for as a purchasing agent for the past 4 years to pick up her final check, she is now married and has moved to Florida. This company employs a large number of immigrants. There were three in human Resources filling out applications, but none spoke english. The office girl was fluent and asked each for IDs. Each pulled out a worn looking SS card plus a driving license. I had an idea that as old as the cards looked they were not issued recently and as the people applying spoke no English, go figure. But the picture IDs must have matched.The company does pay the immigrants a decent wage with insurance if they stay 90 days, along with sick days etc. While my daughter worked there she got to know many of the young ones and said they were hard workers who were always on time, some of them helped her with her Spanish.
