New website for busy political junkies

There's a new website that summarizes the daily events of the House of Representatives. It's called U.S. House Digest, at http://ushousedigest.wordpress.com .

From the site's About page:

Got a job? Go to school? Got kids? Got bills? Yeah, we all do.

It’s not always easy to juggle your daily routine, so throwing in something else like trying to keep up-to-date on what Congress is spending your tax money on is a burden. It doesn’t help that Congress doesn’t really care to inform you of what they are doing. And even if they did… would you understand it all?

Most people don’t have time to learn every issue and be vigilant. This blog will summarize every day’s U.S. House activities so you can remain in the loop when it comes to what your government is doing, or not doing, for you.

What a joy to be able to say a hearty fuck you to that crappily partisan "ROLL CALL"--bet they'll lose some subscribers, especially those who just want a synopsis of the day's events.
