he will replace Rice. There has been a problem with finding someone to fill the position under her for some tme now. It is something that had been discussed on a few threads a while back. What will be interesting to see is what amount of control he has. It is very possible that, though he has the lesser position on paper, that he will have more influence on the administration that she has.
