Rudy Guliani giving major address right now!
At least, I think so...I just heard that there is a pervasive gas odor blanketing NYC, and one office building has already been evacuated. Updates as they occur.

...have attributed the odor to O'Reilly or Limpballs. Reports
that it smells of sewage would surely point to Giuliani.

O'Reilly smells like rotting falafel, and Limpballs reeks of Bourbon and Oxy. Sewage, that's obviously Rudy. Jeez...some people just don't keep up with politics, I guess!
