"Coalition of the Willing" and the Bush "Splurge". Question:
Edited on Mon Jan-08-07 10:06 AM by elehhhhna
We don't hear much about the Coalition of the Willing lately, do we?

Will Pretzelpuss refer to this Coalition on Wednesday when he announces "Operation Big Fat New Improved Slogan"?

How many troops are the Coalition of the Willing willing to contribute to the Bush Splurge*?

*splurge

1. to indulge oneself in some luxury or pleasure, esp. a costly one: They splurged on a trip to Europe.

2. to show off.

3. to spend (money) lavishly or ostentatiously: He splurged thousands on the party.

4. an ostentatious display, esp. an extravagantly expensive one.

1. Indeed.
The Bush Splooge is a new improved slogan alright.

Dripping with the blood of innocents.

If the Dems cave on this . . . I'm going to need a new drug.

4. I think 'splunge' is the best word...
From Monty Python, Episode Six:

Larry What does splunge mean?
Second Writer It means ... it's a great-idea-but-possibly-not-and-I'm-not-being-indecisive!
