The overwhelmingly negative public response to a purported surge hasn't influenced the Lunatic's "New Way Forward", has it? The number "20,000" was floated, and sources since have been consistent. What exactly was the purpose of leaking The Big Plan-- or 'Plus Up" as they're calling it now (HAW HAW... the WH is hawking monoxidil)? Were they trying to soften the blow? Or assure the public that SOMETHING was in the works after the ISG report and Dumbass's Listening Tour?
