Who is the senior democratic congressman who represents part of Chicago? When I say senior, I mean the one who has been in Congress the longest.
Thanks! This is actually really important, and I appreciate being able to go the DU community on this issue!

Danny Davis '96
Luiz Guiterrez '92
Jesse Jackson '94
Bobby Rush '92
Rahm Emmanuel '04
Daniel Lipinski '06 (but I could be wrong on this one)
Jan Schawsky '98
The dates are when they were elected, they each took office when the legislature was sworn in the following year.

I figured it would be either Rush or Gutierrez, but I would have been guessing.
