4. a bit more
"Google, based in Mountain View, California, ranks No. 1 largely due to amenities offered to employees, such as laundry, dry cleaning and automotive services, a swimming spa, gourmet meals, on-site massage and free on-site doctors, Fortune said.

5. Google are clients of my husband's company
He's been to their campus before, and he reports the food's delicious.

7. next time he goes there you should try to go w/him and look around
and report back here--it looked fabulous (besides, it might be fun--everyone in the report on olbermann kept saying how fun it was to work there!)

9. I'll do that!
The last time he went there, he mentioned to the guy he'd been meeting with that I really wanted a gmail address and couldn't seem to find anyone I could be "invited" by. I had my new e-mail account before the end of the day.

3. Google is the best place to work. ever.
I don't work there, but I know people that do.

It's the anti-Walmart. Practically everyone is happy; there are apparently doctors onsite; and there is always yummy food of some kind.

8. All are young, probably without families
who work their butts off, and like it.

Once upon a time I used to, too (not at Google)
