A smile tonight
Remember I am 100% Irish

You Got To Love Us Irish

An Irishman moves to the USA and finally attends his first baseball game. The First batter approached the batters box, took a few swings and then hit a double. Everyone was in their feet screaming "Run Run" The Next batter hits a single and the Irishman listened as the crowd again cheered ."Run Run"

The Irishman enjoyed the game and screaming with the fans. The fifth batter came up and four balls went by. The Umpire called "Walk" and the batter started his slow trot to first base. The Irishman stood up and screamed, "Run Run " ye lazy bastard!" The people around him began laughing. Embarrassed , the Irishman sat back down.

A friendly fan noted the mans embarrassment , leaned over and explain, "He can't run-- he got four balls." The Irishman stood up and screamed ,"Walk with pride ,lad"

After the events of today we need to laugh!

7. Yes it did give me a chuckle.
My daughter just told me a story last night about the Irish boy who wanted to take tap dancing lessons but his parents could'nt afford the tap shoes. So the resouceful parents cut his taps from cans. At first no one noticed. After awhile though,it became evident that the floor was being eaten up by the cut out cans that had been attached to his shoe. He was asked to leave. My daughter plays Irish fiddle music and does step dancing.

12. 100%
Great joke. I just sent it out to my addys. My wife is 100% Irish as her Mom was from Galway and her Dad from Limerick. At 53 she's still an excellent step dancer as she used to do competitions in Manhattan. My great grandfather was a Stanley, 100% Irish and one tough sod! Yes, we like our Guiness and a bit partial to Tullamore Dew and Jameson! Be well Monkeyman. May peace be with you.
