Prior to the election...Bush went around pushing his Party and some candidates....most if not all, were defeated..

His delivery was strident and ineffective....poor speeches leads to poor results...

Now that he is seen as a loser...he wants to come out as a winner with a new and better approach when speaking to America. This requires a shift. Since he is a slow learner, the training period has been extended...

Its not the speech/the consultation/the information/the timing......that is his excuse for the delay.....

ITS THE DELIVERY that he is working on.....

Thats my bet....

Yet again we're going to be treated to a speech by a politician who thinks that if he just is sincere enough the bullshit will be believed.

My bet is that he will admit some minor failure of his previous plan, blaming it on some subordinate, and emphasis that he only doing this out of the purest of motives. Look for a big rah-rah "patriotic let's win this one for our children and America's future" kind of nonsense.

I've said if before and I'll say it again: The ONLY speech I want to hear form Bush is the one that includes the words; "Therefore, effective tomorrow at noon, I will resign the Presidency." Until then, I'm going to be away from the tube come Wed night.
