Other than the goal of everyone living the life of luxury. That level of luxury keeps going up though, so nobody can actually catch up, so we can't stop.

If we ever do reach the point where ever person lives the good life, we still can't stop, because if we did, things would start to fall apart without that constant work. After we attain perfection, all we can do is improve on it. It can never end.
