Lisa made the mistake of talking on the show about "being" with her long time boyfriend, and it was shortly after that she decided to leave. Yeah, right. Barbara's reaction to Lisa's admission that she was not a virgin and that she lived with her boy friend was less than joyful. Then they had try outs and some of the girls were really good, Elizabeth was one of the worst. So she got the job. Oh, and the ladies use to talk about the great dresses Elizabeth designed, and they were horrible. I designed better clothing than what she was doing when I was fifteen and cutting my first patterns. Between her voice and their defending of her, I soon quit watching the View all together.

By the way, her and Star Jones were best buds. Star says that she never hears from the other ladies of the "View" but she gets lovely little letters from Elizabeth daily. (I think she said daily, but that seems far fetched to me.) The two of them are suited for each other, dumb as a rock Elizabeth and vain as a peacock Star.

But she use to be one of the things that made watching the show bearable. I don't watch any of the talk shows now, just too much pandering to that 51% that voted for bush. At least that is the way I feel. I use to like Kelly Rippa ok, but I can't stand her anymore either. Like EH, she is ANNOYING!
