Suzanne Somers lost her home in that Malibu fire
and she said "I don't have a son or daughter in Iraq. There is not a death in the family. We will rebuild and I really think we'll learn something great from this."

I just saw her on the news and I think this is such a neat attitude!

2. Spoken like someone with excellent fire insurance.

... and who lost a dozen or so thighmasters in the blaze. :silly:

(Yes, I found her attitude to be very emotionally healthy, too.)

5. I hope she had time to get
her photographs out. That's what I would be concerned with after all the living beings were in a safety zone.

It's definitely a time when the ability to count blessings helps. Photographs. Memorabilia. Papers. Horrible.

if you lived there.

11. And it'd be smart not to have good fire insurance living .... where?
I'd have fire insurance even if I lived on a boat surrounded by water.

12. i posted above to the other poster. thanks. good to hear it is
getting out. a good thing for this to simply be the normal coming out of peoples mouth. gonna give the dems the power they need to do what they have to do. tweety is FINALLY helping. i heard him today say WHY it should be politically a loser for the dems to do something out of war. he thinks a dem that runs on this in 2008 will win
